Shipping Policy

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED?
Orders placed will be shipped within 2 business days. ( Weekend and Legal holidays are not included.)

HOW TO SHIP MY ORDER?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, with tracking info. included. We will ship your purchase within 2 business days via China Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. For the order amount more than USD 40, most of the countries and regions are free shipping. But for some regions the freight will be added when you check out. The delivery will take 7-15 business days based on different countries.

Some of the orders will be shipped from Simthread overseas warehouses, this will take a shorter time to arrive.

WHAT IS THE OVERSEAS WAREHOUSE?
Simthread has local warehouses in Europe and US. Goods ordered from these areas are shipped within 48 Hrs and sent directly to you.

Note: Items ordered from different warehouses will be sent separately.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP?
For the order amount more than USD 40, most of the countries and regions are free shipping. But for some regions the freight will be added when you check out.

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES ON MY ORDERS?
Items shipped from all our warehouses are not subject to export taxes. However, if you are shipping an item from one county to another you may be subject to pay local taxes and Customs duties on said item. The customer is solely responsible for these expenses.

DO YOU SHIP TO REMOTE AREAS?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
1. Please report your case to return within 3 business days once the parcel signed for. Product returns must be via one of Simthread's approved shipping methods and return address; our Support team can provide you with further details, the email is simthread@simthread.com.
2. If you want to return the parcel after you receive it, you need to ship the goods to our designated place. The logistics cost of the return will be borne by the buyer.
3. For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item.

-PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
